Riku gave a little cringe when Axel's hand braced against his forehead, looking away and exhaling tersely again, brows drawn together and eyes tightly shut. When he finally spoke, he opened one eye to look at him, thankful for when he pulled his hand back.
"At least it's not a hundred and two," he muttered through the bulkiness of the thermometer in his mouth. "I don't get this sick usually. It's probably all the rain," Riku ran a hand into his hair, trying to straighten back up again and promptly slouching once more. "I got sick all the time when I was a kid, but this is just weird."
Pulling the thermometer out as it beeped, he looked surprised--and then promptly a bit irritated. "A hundred it is."
A moment, and then he looked up at Axel. "You could've told me you were a built-in thermometer. You know, me and Sheena can cook, you can detect temperatures. Might've been useful."
