"Lucky," Axel muttered; "wish my boss had been nice enough to send me home if I felt like crap."
Granted, for all he liked to complain and took any excuse to sleep in, Axel had rarely felt poorly enough to warrant a sick day back home. Leaning back on the couch as Riku walked unsteadily past, Axel watched him head down the hall, then tilted his head back.
"I could ah... order food or something," he called after him. "Don't they say 'feed a fever'?" He rubbed his chin then. "Or is it 'starve a fever'...?" he muttered mostly to himself. He really wasn't much of a nurse, nor did he really have any desire to be, but whether it was his turn for dinner or not he supposed he could spring for a pizza.
